I had the career, the credentials, and the confidence. But when it came to relationships? I didn't always have the answers.

I'm an Occupational Therapist, MBA, Certified Trauma Coach, and former healthcare executive. But my biggest lessons about relationships didn't come from a classroom. They came from my own experiences.

I learned that being smart and successful doesn't mean you're immune to bad relationships, unhealthy patterns, or heartbreak.

And knowing better doesn't always mean choosing better.

That's why I created Elevate with Brooke.

Today, I help people date with confidence, recognize unhealthy patterns, set boundaries, and navigate relationships without losing themselves.

Because the goal isn't just to find the right person. It's to become someone who knows what they want, what they deserve, and when to walk away.
